MOD: Paratrooper skins (british vs. Fallshirmjager)

Despription:
	This skins pits the british airborne against the german
Fallshirmjager. The player skins are changed, along with level
objects, and the limbo menu.I've also reworked the FG42 a bit,and turned the
sten gun into a commado style sten...the only difference is that there
is a fabric wrapped grip.  enjoy!

INstall: 
	as per anything, just extract the .pk3 file into the etmain directory!

Notes:
	FOR IT TO WORK, YOU HAVE TO BE ON A UNPURE SERVER!	
so please don't complain that it doesn't work...when it does.
And...the camo helmets in the allied promo shot have been replaced with
the regular webbing...they looked weird.
