added realistic skins for Thompson and Garand M1

added skins without class-symbols (fixed colors)
added helmets with decals
added gasmask for the soldier
added realistic skin for the Mauser rifle 

Common:

improved hud icons

NOTE: at maximum rank all class wear the default officercap

Install: 

put the pk3 file in your noquarter folder

Uninstall: 

delete the file!
