added realistic skins for Thompson and Garand M1

added realistic skin for the Mauser rifle 

Common:

improved hud icons

NOTE: at maximum rank all players wear the default officercap


Install: 

put the pk3 file in your noquarter folder

Uninstall: 

delete the file!
