MOD: Canadian skin pak

Despription:
	This skin is a re-vamp on my canadian skin
i made about a year ago,i figured since this page was serving
it i had better make it professional, si i remade them. Everybody
has proper insignia, the only thing that isn't quit awsome
is the helmet, i had to resort to using the original models in
wolf et, but i recoloured them a bit to look good.

INstall: 
	as per anything, just extract the .pk3 file into the etmain directory!

Notes:
	FOR IT TO WORK, YOU HAVE TO BE ON A UNPURE SERVER!	
so please don't complain that it doesn't work...when it does.
