British Trenchcoat skins for ET V1.0

Allies are now British. All US flags are replaced with British flags.
Uniforms and helmets are also changed.
Installation:

How to play with this skins?
If you want to see this when you play on Internet, or LAN, both server and
you must have this skins installed and the server must be set to be unpure.
To start unpure server (server that allows custom pk3 packs) click on
Host game -> Advanced -> Pure server: NO.
If you don't do that, you will only see my logo on the game opening screen
and Wolfenstein default uniforms.
